ATLANTA, GA – Lexis Coatings, a manufacturer of reflective roof coatings has recently restored the modified bitumen roof at Cheetah in Atlanta, GA.

EnergyGuard® Butyl Elastomeric Roof Coating was applied to the existing modified bitumen roof after it has been pressure washed and primed with PrimeLock® Neoprene Primer.

Almost 100°F heat reduction was recorded on this modified bitumen roof on March 2010. Imagine the energy savings reflective roof coatings can do in the middle of summer.
