Silver, solvent-borne, single component, moisture cure polyurethane roof coating. Recommended for EPDM roofs. May be top coated with our silicone roof coatings for improved UV-resistance and reflectivity. Ponding water resistant.

EnergyGuard^® Butyl Elastomeric Coating

White, solvent-borne, butyl rubber roof coating. Recommended for flat roofs such as built up, modified bitumen, single ply (PVC and TPO) and metal. May also be used on polyurethane foam for cold storage applications. Excellent ponding water resistance.

EnergyGuard^® Clear Elastomeric Coating

Translucent, water-borne, acrylic roof coating. Seals fiberglass skylights, brick or masonry. An excellent finish coat for our white acrylic coatings to improve resistance to dirt pickup.

Roof Primers

PrimeLock^® Acrylic Primer

Gray, water-borne, acrylic rust prevention primer and adhesion promoter. Inhibits rust and improves adhesion of Lexis^® acrylic roof coatings. Use on bare or prepainted metal roofs, built up & modified bitumen and sprayed polyurethane foam.

PrimeLock^® Bonding Primer

Blue, water-borne, acrylic roofing adhesive. Used in conjunction with SeamStitch^® Roofing Fabric for various roof repair situations. It is also an excellent bonding primer for difficult to adhere substrates such as aged TPO and PVC.

PrimeLock^® EPDM Primer

Concentrated, rinseable etching primer specially formulated for cleaning and preparing black EPDM roofs prior to the application of Lexis® Elastomeric Coatings. Improves adhesion to EPDM surfaces.

PrimeLock^® Epoxy Primer

Gray, water-borne, two component epoxy primer. Recommended for built up, modified bitumen, concrete, metal & single ply. Quick 2 hour cure.

PrimeLock^® MultiSurface Primer

Gray, solvent-borne rust protection primer. Encapsulates existing rust, improves adhesion on built up, metal, modified bitumen and some single ply membranes.

Caulks & Sealants

SeamStitch^® Acrylic Elastomeric Caulk & Roof Sealant

White, water-borne, brush grade acrylic elastomeric caulk. Seals sheet metal fasteners, seams, laps and flashings prior to the application of acrylic elastomeric roof coatings.

SeamStitch^® Butyl Elastomeric Caulk & Roof Sealant

White, solvent-borne brush grade butyl rubber caulk. Seals sheet metal fasteners, seams, laps and flashings prior to the application of roof coatings.

Seam Tapes & Fabrics

Eternabond^® Webseal

Fabric-backed roof seam tape with MicroSealant Technology that sticks to virtually any surface. Seal roof joints (seams) and tears, flashings, copings, skylights and gutters. Allows application of roof coatings as soon as it is installed. Useful for emergency repairs when rain is imminent.

SeamStitch^® Butyl Tape

Fabric-backed, butyl roof seam tape reinforced with Dupont Sonatra fabric. Seal roof joints (seams) and tears, flashings, copings, skylights and gutters. Allows application of roof coatings as soon as it is installed. Useful for emergency repairs when rain is imminent. Vapor barrier.

SeamStitch^® Polyester Roofing Fabric

White, stitch bonded, polyester roofing fabric. Reinforces roof coatings in high-stress areas and other roof repair applications. Available in 6”, 10”, 20” and 40” widths.

Water-borne Coatings

Water-based roof coatings provide excellent performance under various weather conditions. They are easy to apply, easy to clean up and are environmentally friendly.

Solvent-borne Coatings

Solvent-based roof coatings are quick drying and have greater resistance to ponding water. Consider solvent-based coatings when ambient temperatures are below 12°C / 55°F.
