EnergyGuard^® Acrylic Elastomeric Roof Coating

A high solids, water-based, waterproof, roof coating for all types of roofs. Recommended for metal roofs or flat roofs with little or no ponding water. Easy clean up, VOC compliant.

EnergyGuard^® Aromatic Polyurethane Roof Coating

A single component, solvent based, moisture cure polyurethane roof coating for all types of roofs. Recommended for EPDM roofs and gutters. Ponding water resistant. Great for restoring RV roofs too.

EnergyGuard^® Butyl Rubber Coating

A solvent based, waterproof, butyl rubber roof coating for all types of roofs. Recommended for flat roofs such as built up, modified bitumen and single ply membranes such as PVC and TPO. Excellent ponding water resistance.

EnergyGuard^® Clear Elastomeric Coating

A water-based, elastomeric clear roof coating for all types of roofs. Seals fiberglass skylights, brick or masonry. An excellent finish coat for our elastomeric coatings and helps keep the surface clean.

EnergyGuard^® Silicone Elastomeric Coating

A solvent based, waterproof, silicone rubber roof coating. Recommended for protecting uncoated polyurethane foam or recoating a silicone coated SPF system.

Roof Primers

PrimeLock^® Acrylic Primer

A durable rust prevention primer designed to inhibit rust and improve adhesion of all EnergyGuard^® elastomeric roof coatings. Use on prepainted metal roofs or any previously coated surface.

PrimeLock^® Bonding Primer : Roofing Adhesive

A roofing adhesive for SeamStitch^® Roofing Fabric for various roof repair situations. It is also an excellent bonding primer for difficult to adhere substrates. Excellent for aged TPO and PVC.

PrimeLock^® EPDM Primer : Rinseable Primer

A rinseable etching primer specially formulated for cleaning and preparing black EPDM roofs prior to the application of EnergyGuard® Acrylic Elastomeric Coatings. Dramatically improves adhesion to EPDM surfaces.

PrimeLock^® Neoprene Rust Protection Primer

A solvent based primer designed to improve adhesion on single ply membranes such as PVC and TPO. Can also be used to encapsulate existing rust on metal or reduce bleed through on asphaltic roofs.

PrimeLock^® Zinc Rust Protection Primer

A tough, rust inhibiting, zinc phosphate primer for rusted metal roofs. It provides excellent corrosion resistance and must be used on rusted metal before applying our elastomeric coating.

Caulks & Sealants

SeamStitch^® Acrylic Elastomeric Caulk & Roof Sealant

A water-based, brush grade, high solids, acrylic elastomeric caulk for caulking and sealing sheet metal fasteners, seams, laps and flashings prior to the application of elastomeric roof coatings.

SeamStitch^® Butyl Rubber Caulk & Roof Sealant

A solvent based, waterproof, butyl rubber brush grade caulk and roof sealant. Caulking and sealing sheet metal fasteners, seams, laps and flashings prior to the application of roof coatings.

Seam Tapes & Fabrics

Eternabond^® Webseal

A roof seam tape that has a very aggressive MicroSealant Technology that sticks to virtually any surface. Seal roof joints (seams) and tears, flashings, copings, skylights and gutters permanently prior to roof coatings.

SeamStitch^® Butyl Tape

A pressure sensitive, roof repair and seam sealing tape for all types of roofs. Vapor barrier butyl adhesive with Dupont Sonatra fabric backing allows application of roof coatings as soon as it is installed.

SeamStitch^® Polyester Roofing Fabric

A polyester roofing fabric used to reinforce roof coatings in high-stress areas and other roof repair applications. Available in 6”, 10”, 20” and 40” widths.

Water-based Coatings
Water-based roof coatings provide excellent performance under various weather conditions. They are easy to apply, easy to clean up and are environmentally friendly.

Solvent-based Coatings
Solvent-based coatings are quick drying and have greater resistance to ponding water. Consider solvent-based coatings when ambient temperatures are below 12°C / 55°F.

• Underwriters Laboratories develops tests and rigorous standards for safety that help reduce costs and improve quality for products and services.
• ASTM D-6083 was borne from concerns among the roofing industry to establish a minimum level of quality and performance for elastomeric roof coatings.
• FM Approvals is based on performance testing of roofing assemblies when subjected to multiple perils like fire, wind uplift, hail, weathering & corrosion.
